Isparta Gül yağı nedir?

Güzel kokusu, tıbbi değeri ve beslenmedeki yeri dolayısıyla antik çağlardan beri efsanelere konu olan, aşk, sevgi ve barışın sembolü gül, parfüm sektörünün de vazgeçilmez unsurlarından biri. 122 yıl önce Isparta'nın Gülcü Mahallesi'ne dikilen gül fidanları, damıtılma sistemiyle oluşan gül yağı ile parfüm sektörüne hammadde sağlıyor. Mayıs ve Haziran aylarında çiçek açan gül, önce bölgeyi, sonra da gül yağı ile tüm dünyayı eşsiz kokusuyla büyülüyor. Parfüm sektöründe gül esansı için kullanılan Isparta gülünü diğer 150 çeşit gülden ayıran özellik ise eşsiz kokusu ve kokusunun kalıcılığı...

Gülyağı: Parfüm ve kozmetik sanayiinin en önemli ve pahalı hammaddelerinden olan gülyağı pembe yağ güllerinin buharlı distilasyon yöntemiyle kaynatılmasıyla üretilir. Dünya standartlarına uygun kalitede gülyağı, deniz seviyesinden 1050 m ve daha fazla yükseklikte yer alan, Isparta ve yöresinde yetiştirilen güllerden elde edilir. Her yıl Mayıs ve Haziran aylarında toplanan güller, hava şartlarının da katkısı sonucu üstün kalitede gülyağı üretiminin gerçekleştirilmesini sağlar.

Gül yağı elde etmek için sabahın erken saatlerinde, güneş doğmadan toplanıp gölgede kurutulur. Su buharıyla distilasyona tabi tutulur. Elde edilen sıvının üst kısmında gül yağı toplanır. Alttaki sulu kısım ise gül suyunu teşkil eder. Genellikle 3000-3500 kg çiçekten 1 kg gül yağı, 500 kg gül suyu elde edilir.

What is Isparta Rose oil?

 Rose, the symbol of love, affection and peace, which has been the subject of legends since ancient times due to its beautiful scent, medicinal value and place in nutrition, is one of the indispensable elements of the perfume industry.  Rose saplings planted in Isparta's Gülcü District 122 years ago provide raw materials to the perfume industry with rose oil produced by distillation system.  The rose, which blooms in May and June, fascinates the region first, and then the whole world with its unique scent with rose oil.  The feature that distinguishes the Isparta rose, which is used for rose essence in the perfume industry, from other 150 types of roses is its unique scent and permanence of its fragrance.

 Rose oil: Rose oil, which is one of the most important and expensive raw materials of the perfume and cosmetics industry, is produced by boiling pink oil roses by steam distillation method.  Rose oil of world-class quality is obtained from roses grown in Isparta and its region, located at an altitude of 1050 m or more above sea level.  Roses, which are collected in May and June every year, ensure the production of high quality rose oil as a result of the contribution of weather conditions.

 To obtain rose oil, it is collected early in the morning, before the sun rises, and dried in the shade.  It is distilled with water vapor.  Rose oil is collected in the upper part of the resulting liquid.  The watery part at the bottom constitutes rose water.  Generally, 1 kg of rose oil and 500 kg of rose water are obtained from 3000-3500 kg of flowers.
